Our Service Portal allows customers to open service calls on-line. The portal is integrated with our core system so customers see their equipment at their locations. Drop-down selections and common error types makes the process of opening calls quick and simple and an email is generated which confirms the details.
The portal enables customers to track the status of open calls. Customers may also pull a variety of historical reports for trending and analysis by branch, equipment type or individual machine. Service customers with maintenance contracts have access to the Equipment Condition Index reports where we score your equipment for condition and appearance. These reports are critical for capital planning purposes and help you target repair, replacement or refurbishment of mission critical or customer-facing equipment. Other available reports include Service Call Detail, Items Under Warranty and the Key Performance Indicators report which shows how well Wittenbach met your service level agreements.
