This experienced position performs tasks involving the installation of electronic security systems to include: alarm systems, cameras and digital video recorders, and access control systems. Training will be provided for the specific products we offer. These installations can take place in new construction or a retro-fit environment. Travel and overnight work will be required. In addition to electronic security installations, the installer may be asked to assist with the installation/rigging of bank specific equipment to include safes, vaults, ATMs, night depositories, pneumatic drive-up systems, and cash dispensers. Performing service on both electronic systems and bank specific equipment could also be required. This position requires overnight traveling on a weekly basis.  Minimum of 4 years’ experience installing or servicing electronic security systems.

We have an opportunity for a full time in-house Bench Support Technician in our Hunt Valley Operational Center.  This position is responsible for the repair and maintenance of equipment purchased by customers and/or stock inventory along with providing technical phone support to the Field Service Division.

This position will support the finance division with the month-end close process, preparation of reconciliations, assembling month-end financial reports, answering questions as they arise from remote locations, complete special assignments, and projects.  A qualified candidate will have a Bachelors Degree in Accounting, a minimum of 1-3 years of an accounting background and a strong understating of US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.

The Sale Support Specialist will establish and execute comprehensive administrative support to Sales Account Managers and/or the Sales Division. This role will require daily interactions with Sales Managers, management, customers and manufacturers. The main responsibilities are to create and process sales proposals, presentations and/or other projects in a fast pace environment. This role will provide administrative support by either function, customer, or product type to be designated by the Sales Support Manager.  Candidates with bank teller experience is preferred.

We have a position for an experienced Project Manager that will provide traditional project management support including planning, implementation and tracking of both electronic and physical security projects. This position will provide administrative, customer service and project account management. Ideal candidates will also have advanced reporting & data analysis skills.  A qualified candidate will have a Bachelors degree in Project Management or related field, PMP certification or equivalent project management experience along with 10+ years business experience with demonstrated successful track record.

Each Electronic Engineering Team member will be responsible for reducing risk and increasing performance of WBS installed electronic security solutions. Success will be accomplished by driving, but not limited to, the following initiatives:  working with installers remotely to commission new installations, develop and maintain equipment standardization, perform R&D to stay abreast with a rapidly changing market, provide technical support to Sales, Service and Installation teams, develop training curriculum for new products to drive installation and service efficiency.  Candidates must have strong specific electronic experience on Verint & March DVR’s, along with Verex, DMP, Honeywell, Software House and Pacom alarm systems along with experience with designing alarm, video and access control systems utilizing the aforementioned systems.  5+ years business experience with a demonstrated, successful track record of leading and managing electronic security projects in the field and 10+ years of electronic security field experience.

This role is to support the finance department; primarily to include duties relevant to the accounts receivable, collection and cash application functions.  Qualified candidates will have 2+ years of A/R experience, attention to detail, strong math skills, strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills and computer literacy to include: spreadsheets and word processing.
